"Buying new car has turned into one of the biggest mistakes. The car has had multiple issues right from the start, and what’s even worse is the unbelievable negligence from the service center. Nobody picks up calls, nobody responds, and nobody cares. I’ve visited the service center several times, and the attitude I get is beyond irritating. They act as if my complaints don’t matter at all. The staff is absolutely unhelpful, and to top it off, even the manager can’t be bothered to respond properly. Every time I ask for an update, I get vague excuses or straight-up ignorance. I’m honestly fed up. I paid for a new car, not a bundle of problems and endless mental stress. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable. I’m warning anyone considering buying from this place — don’t do it. Save yourself the frustration which I’m going through right now."

"I had the service done here about 8 months back, I was given the delivery of car outside the premise on road so I could not give it a double check and soon I came to know why. 2 months later the engine was heating up and when I took it to a local mechanic I found out that instead of coolant there was water and the engine oil was also finished within 2 months, he even mentioned that air filter is somewhat very low quality and is already finished. After few days I got the call from this service center again to come and have next service and when I mentioned that I faced these problems with my last service I was forwarded to the manager and she said that we are going to investigate and will let you know how did this happen. I have not received a single call from them. She even requested me not to report their service center on tata motors helpline. Please do not visit them. If they reply on my post anything contradicting like they don't have my record of service then you can email me through this comment and I will share the bill."

"I visited the dealership on 10 January with the intention of immediately purchasing a new vehicle and was interested in exchanging my existing SUV for either a Tata Harrier or a Tata Safari. Before finalizing a decision, I requested a test drive for both models. Unfortunately, neither vehicle was available for a test drive at the time. In addition, no valuation was provided for my current car, which made it difficult to evaluate the overall deal or move forward with confidence. The overall response from the showroom staff felt indifferent, which was particularly disappointing given that I was ready to proceed with a purchase. This lack of urgency and customer engagement raised concerns about the level of post-sale service and support that could be expected. As a result, I was not comfortable moving forward and have decided to explore other brands."

"Well mannered staff and large area. You will be treated with refreshments and ample seating space to discuss. Delivery of car depends upon waiting time of your car. Try to complete all formalities a day before your delivery so you just have to sign the docket and other formalities. Delivery was hassle-free"
